Isuzu has unveiled a very exclusive version of its D-Max pick-up at the CV Show, the Artic Trucks Stealth.

Just 10 examples of the Stealth will be on offer to UK buyers, designated by a numbered badge in the cabin and based on the D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 Double Cab Automatic.

The disguised exterior look is created by means of a Cosmic Black Mica paint finish and a de-chroming exercise that includes roof bars, side steps, radiator grille, front fog light surrounds, rear bumper trim, door mirrors, door handles, front Isuzu badge and rear D-Max Arctic Trucks badges all finished in black. The vehicle also does without the standard ISUZU decal on the tailgate.

A black rear sports bar and Mountain Top roller cover in similar shade complete the exterior treatment but the dark Stealth also produces a lot of light through the standard-fit LED headlights and front fog lights, as well as two sets of Lazer lights, on the front bumper and sports bar.

Inside the finish is in a bespoke leather, while additional equipment over the Arctic Trucks specification includes a nine-inch multifunction colour touchscreen, nine speakers including a subwoofer and an HDMI Port.

Those taken by the looks of the Stealth will need £44,000 to sign up for one of the ten.

Isuzu UK marketing director William Brown describes the Stealth as an exclusive pick-up with a striking presence. “The new Stealth builds on the prowess of the Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 and takes it to another level,” he adds.
