MAN has added a new limited edition trim to its TGE panel van range. Called the ‘TGE Individual Lion S’, it features chrome and carbon-look exterior accents, as well as a unique leather-trimmed interior.

MAN, most known for its range of heavy-duty trucks, has been selling its TGE panel vans for a few years now, which are essentially re-badged Volkswagen Crafter models.

The manufacturer says that this latest edition to the TGE range is designed to “appeal to the driver who wants to stand out in the crowd”, featuring added flair inside and out.

Setting itself apart from the standard panel van, the ‘Lion S’ features chrome badging centred on a jet-black grille, detailed with red piping that is also present on the side of the vehicle, running from headlight to tail light.

Carbon-look elements have been fitted to the wing mirrors and body-coloured bumpers, and the van’s 17-inch alloy wheels have been finished in jet black to match the grille. MAN adds that this new trim features an “exclusive” 3-piece roof spoiler which houses a rear view camera and high-rise lights.

Inside, the MAN TGE Individual Lion S is trimmed with branded black leather – a departure from the cloth upholstery materials found in standard models. The seats are stitched in a red hexagon pattern with further red detailing up towards the headrests.

The steering wheel is also finished in leather, and the Lion-shaped embroidery found on the seats is also found on the floor mats, which can be illuminated by the van’s LED lighting in the footwells.

MAN has not announced pricing for this range-topping limited edition TGE variant. Like the rest of its range, the manufacturer urges interested buyers to contact them to discuss the model further.
