Order books open for Nissan’s Navara

Nissan dealers are now taking orders for the new NP300 Navara pick-up.

In UK showrooms from January, the latest Navara offers many new features including a load bed extended by 67mm over its predecessor and an all-new five-link rear suspension for Double Cab versions.

Several new safety features are offered as standard, including includes Forward Emergency Braking on all double cab models; driver, passenger, side, knee and curtain airbags; an electronic Limited Slip Differential; Hill Start Assist and on all-wheel-drive variants Hill Descent Control.

The Navara comes in either Double Cab or King Cab variants, powered by a 2.3-litre dCi diesel engine in either 158bhp single-turbo or 187bhp twin-turbo options. Other choices include two or four-wheel drive and a six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic transmission.

The model is on sale in five trim grades – Visia, Acenta, Acenta+, N-Connecta and Tekna, at prices starting from £18,376 plus VAT.

Nissan is also promoting launch offers on the model, including for PCP and HP customers 4.9 per cent finance deal over respectively three or four years, along with a deposit contribution from Nissan starting at £1,000 on Acenta+ and increasing to £1,750 on the range-topping Tekna Auto.

The Navara is also initially being offered with three years’ free servicing, extended to five years for loyal customers, while all models are also covered by a full five-year/100,000 mile manufacturer warranty.
