Vauxhall has kitted out two vans as motorcycle race transporters to celebrate its new commercial vehicle partnership with the British Superbike Championship (BSB).

The Vivaro Race Van Concept and the Movano Race Van Concept will debut this weekend at the first round of the 2017 BSB season at Donington Park.

Vivaro Race Van Concept

Based on the Vivaro van, the Vivaro Race Van Concept offers a dual-purpose set up. It is intended to serve as a fully-functioning mobile workshop for a trade professional during the week, but can easily be transformed into a race-day van for weekends.

The flexible cargo layout features a combination of fixed, foldable and removable fittings. Space is provided for paddock stands, fuel, spare tyres, racing kit and a ramp. Comfort is offered by a fold-down bench, microwave, refrigerator and 32-inch television.

Movano Race Van Concept

The Movano Race Van Concept, based on the Movano L2H2 panel van, has been designed as a permanent transporter to suit smaller motorcycle racing teams.

The cargo layout is permanent and features a workbench, fixed racking, folding shelves, side awning, wash basin and similar comfort features to the Vivaro Race Van.

The distinctive livery of both vans shows the Vauxhall Griffin riding a motorbike.

The two concept vans will be on display at all UK BSB race meetings throughout the 2017 season.
