Users of Volkswagen’s van range can now equip their vehicles with racking and storage sourced directly from the dealer.

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched a new range of racking and storage solutions which the brand says will suit all trades.

The systems have been created in partnership with specialists Rhino Products and Sortimo, not only to suit the design of the van range but also to meet stringent EU safety regulations – ensuring years of dependable service.

Rhino Products, a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of high-quality roof racks, bars and accessories for commercial vehicles, has created a range for Volkswagen’s Caddy and Transporter.

Several roof rack and pipe tube storage systems are available, all made in aluminium to save up to 25 per cent in weight over steel equivalent products, and with innovative locking systems such as the Safeclamp and Safestow designs.

The internal racking systems have been produced by Sortimo for Caddy, Caddy Maxi or Transporter models. The flexible modular storage units can be combined with other Sortimo products to deliver a comprehensive integrated storage offering.

The equipment is hard-wearing but extremely lightweight to help save on fuel and reduce CO2 emissions, and has also been fully crash tested.

More information on the new accessories range is available at Volkswagen commercial dealers or on the website, www.Volkswagen-vans.co.uk
