Mitsubishi has launched the new L200 Barbarian SVP at the 2017 CV Show, the first model produced as part of the brand’s ‘Special Vehicle Projects’ (SVP) programme.
Only 250 vehicles will be produced, and changes to the vehicle are purely cosmetic. The vehicles will feature new exterior styling in the form of 17-inch alloy wheels, new wheel-arch extensions, a new front grille and a black finish around the headlights.
Inside, the vehicle comes equipped with leather seats as standard, with the ‘SVP’ logo and each vehicle’s limited edition number stitched into the headrests. Standard equipment will also include keyless entry, satnav, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control and a reversing camera.
The 2.4-litre turbo diesel engine utilised by the standard L200 model powers the vehicle. It produces 180hp and 430Nm of torque and is available with six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmissions.
The L200 Barbarian SVP is available to order now and pricing for both blue and black variants will start from £28,479.
