Peugeot will launch a fully electric version of its Expert van, the e-Expert in the second half of 2020, the company has announced.
Available with either a 50kWh or 75kWh battery, the e-EXPERT has a WLTP-approved zero-emissions range of 124 miles or 186 miles, depending on battery choice – with the majority of professionals commuting less than 186 miles a day.
The e-Expert will have identical loadspace volume to the internal combustion versions of the Expert.
This latest electric vehicle from Peugeot will join the fully electric e-Boxer van, e-2008 SUV and e-208, alongside a growing range of plug-in hybrid models. Peugeot aims to have a 100% electrified LCV range by 2021.
The e-Expert will be launched in the second half of 2020. Since it was launched in 2016, the Expert has sold more than 170,000 units across the globe.
Further details and prices will be released closer to its launch date. Â
